I am always quite skeptical about different courses, and here I was also interested to see if it would work at all. What results did I get?

Well, firstly, it is a significant amount of energy, improved mood, positivity and lightness. In general, my general well-being improved after each session, especially after the 7-8th session. There was some kind of magic almost every time.

Secondly, it is difficult to track, but the photo shows a glowing face and inner joy. Positive emotions, drive, existing, lightness and love for the world!

And thirdly, my diet and water consumption changed. And what is clearly measurable, The scales show -2 kg.
